Our consultants ensure that each candidate submitted to you has been carefully vetted to determine whether they meet your requirements. To do this we would ask that you fill out a Job Description sheet, outlining the exact job requirements. We will maintain regular contact with both you and the candidates to ensure that all parties have all the information they need.
There are no hidden costs to you. We would only raise an invoice for the agreed fee after the candidate has started working for you. By doing this we accept a significant proportion of the financial risk of recruiting staff.
